Service Agreements and Quotes

Before providing any moving services, we will provide you with a written estimate or quote outlining the scope of services, estimated costs, and other relevant terms. By accepting our quote and scheduling services, you enter into a service agreement with us.

Please note that quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges may vary if the actual scope of work differs from what was originally described. Any changes to the scope of services during the move may result in adjusted pricing.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your moving needs
• Ensure that items to be moved are properly prepared as advised
• Disclose any items of unusual value, fragility, or special handling requirements
• Provide safe and clear access to loading and unloading locations
• Be present or have an authorized representative present during the move
• Make timely payments as agreed in the service agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport certain items, including but not limited to:

• Hazardous materials (explosives, flammables, corrosives)
• Illegal substances or contraband
• Perishable food items
• Live plants (for long-distance moves)
• Pets or live animals
• Personal documents of high importance (we recommend you transport these yourself)
• Firearms and ammunition (must comply with local regulations)

Please discuss any questionable items with us before your scheduled move date.

Liability and Insurance

While we take every precaution to protect your belongings, we maintain liability coverage for items in our care. Our standard liability coverage is based on weight, providing coverage per pound per article. Additional valuation coverage may be available for an additional fee.

To file a claim for any damage or loss, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of the completion of services. Claims must include a detailed description of the items affected, photos if available, and proof of value.

We are not liable for:

• Damage to items that were improperly packed by the customer
• Pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by acts of nature, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control
• Items of extraordinary value not disclosed before the move
• Damage to items in boxes packed by the customer that we did not open

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, we require:

• A deposit may be required to secure your moving date
• Payment methods accepted include credit cards, debit cards, and checks
• Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of any deposit
• Cancellations made 24-72 hours before may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may forfeit the deposit
• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible
